Refunds & guarantee

30-day money-back guarantee. Your first order with Vitality Focus is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. The guarantee applies to first orders only and is limited to one per customer, per shipping address and per payment card. Subscription renewals and later orders are not covered.

How to use it: email support@vitalityfocus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the products and a short note on why they weren't right for you.

We'll first offer you a partial refund of 40% of the product price, and you keep the products. If you'd rather have a full refund, return all products from that order, opened or unopened, to the US returns address we send you, within 14 days of our reply. Return shipping is at your cost and we recommend a tracked service. Once the return arrives we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items: email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement. No return needed.

Unopened products from any order can be returned within 30 days of delivery, at your cost, for a refund of the product price once received.

Subscriptions: cancel, skip or pause anytime before your next ship date by emailing support@vitalityfocus.com. If a renewal was charged by mistake, email us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund of that renewal.

We may decline requests that don't meet these conditions or that we reasonably believe abuse this policy.
